The local observation composer
The composer processes the text you enter in your browser to produce a plain-text preview. Its code does not submit that text to a server, send email, create an account or save a draft in cookies or localStorage.
Choosing “Copy text” writes the generated record to your device’s clipboard if your browser permits it. Choosing “Download .txt” creates a local text file. Those actions are initiated by you. Clipboard managers, browser features, device backups and your own reporting systems may retain copies outside this website’s control.
“Clear fields” resets the page fields; it does not erase downloaded files, clipboard history or copies you have shared. Your browser may restore form entries after navigation. Use your device’s privacy controls, especially on shared devices.
Browsing and technical information
The supplied site code includes no advertising scripts, analytics integrations, remote fonts or third-party embedded media. Visiting a website still sends technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting or security services may keep operational logs under their own arrangements.
These pages do not specify a hosting provider or a log-retention period, so no particular hosting policy is represented here. If you need information about operational processing, contact the editorial address below. Do not interpret the absence of analytics in this code as a guarantee that no technical processing occurs.
Email correspondence
If you email us, your email provider and the recipient’s provider process the message. Correspondence may contain your address, display name and anything you choose to send. Use email for editorial or privacy questions, not incident files, medical records or emergency reports.
